Dearest loyal blog readers,
I am making it a goal to not only post about my latest photo session, but to also begin blogging at least once a month (if not more) on randomness. So many times when I get to writing a "random" blog, I draw a blank and am not sure where to start. Some times I begin typing and consistently pressing the "back space" button thinking... "Hm, I don't think that is really what I'm trying to say." With these thoughts brewing in my brain - I at least have a few ideas for some of my next few blogs thanks to my Tampa Shutter Sisters. These women, who are also photographers of all sorts, have given great ideas for blogging (at least until I can get my thoughts geared toward random blogging).
For the month of March, we were suggested to blog about our favorite black and white images. With that, I had THE hardest time choosing only a few of my favorite black and white photographs because I really like black and white pictures; so instead of only choosing a few and explaining who they are, or what their session was about, I am leaving you with a quote and a collage of beautifully unique people that I have been so honored to photograph over the years. Enjoy!
"Light is meaningful only in relation to darkness, and truth presupposes error. It is these mingled opposites which people our life, which make it pungent, intoxicating. We only exist in terms of this conflict, in the zone where black and white clash." - Louis Aragon
